Gallery-12 Hardware Tech Innovations That Miniaturize Yet Expand Our World

The theme of “hardware is back” hints at the fantastic devices showcased at this year’s annual CET-Leti’s Innovation Days event.

The semiconductor industry remains a vital element in the global economy. Its hardware technologies are everywhere: from artificial intelligence to cybersecurity and quantum computing. Hardware developments – at the chip and board levels - are the building blocks to make these technologies low-cost, low power, and sustainable.

“Hardware is back” was the theme at this year’s annual CEA-Leti Innovation Days event. CEA-Leti is a French-based technology research institute at CEA Tech,  which focuses on micro and nanotechnologies in a wide range of markets, including healthcare, energy, transport, and information and communication technologies.

This gallery showcases only a few of the many innovations covered at this year’s event.
